If you go through drive through check your food. In the last 5 times I've gone they have without fail messed up my order. They tie the bag so it's also impossible to check without maybe making a mess in your car. It's funny too how every time they mess up your order for something more expensive the cheaper variant is in your bag, but you paid for the more expensive one. Just now ordered a loaded baked spaghetti and got a spaghetti with no meat, just sauce and cheese. Tried to call and see if I could go back up and exchange it for what I paid for but they never answer the phone. I will NEVER tip at this place again. If my wife didn't like the dang carbonara so much I'd never go back.

Five stars for the atmosphere and for the young man who was very respectful but 1 star (I wished it was zero stars) for the service and food!!! I was craving Fazoli’s back on Sunday(march 29, 2026) I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce(I wanted spaghetti with meatballs but it was an extra $2 which I didn’t see it on board) the older lady I didn’t get her name was extremely rude to me when I got my cup to get a drink(Pepsi zero) the drink that I selected was out as soon I went to the counter she brought me my food and completely ignored me seconds later, I told her about the Pepsi zero being out and she rudely told me it was full(which I knew that was a lie she just said that in order to get me off her back) as soon as I got my food I felt a metallic taste in my mouth I didn’t think nothing of it until early Monday morning when I almost threw up right now I’m still feeling the urge to throw up due to the food that I ate. As pissed off as I was on Sunday, I was going to talk to the manager but I left because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of other customers plus she was nowhere to be found probably in the back laughing with other employees or playing on her phone or whateve

For fast Italian food, Fazolis is pretty good. My husband never wanted to visit because he didn't think fast food italian would be any good but he had the Oven Baked classic sampler which he enjoyed and said he would come back again and I had Chicken Carbonara and broccoli was cooked perfectly. Im not one for change, but tonight I did, and I'm really glad I did. We both added the combo. Which includes drink and a side. He got the salad and I got the pizza. Pizza was surprisingly good. Breadsticks also came with the meal, which were soft and delicious. Fazoli's have great prices with special during the week. Give them a try, they might surprise you like they did us.

A picture is worth a thousand words! Please see the pictures of what we ordered vs what we actually received. Revolting! It tasted as bad as it looked so right into the trash it went. Edit: I'm adding this after reading "Response from Owner." I did call immediately after I opened up the food to give them a chance to make it right. I spoke with Jeanette and she was the rudest "manager" I've ever encountered. I was polite and simply explained that this was unacceptable and we would like to return the food for a refund. She refused. So my review is to warn others before they get fooled by the appetizing photos. We'll never set foot in there again! Did I mention, it tasted as bad as it looked?

Food was good, reminded me of nice cafeteria dining. Filling and the unlimited breadsticks were great. No complaints, a nice change from fast foot places. Update: 5 Stars, because the food has been consistent the 3 times I have dined here. The Tues/Thurs Trio for 2.99 is a good buy and filling.
